On 11 November 2020 AWARE ran its first webinar. We were joined by staff from across Wales to hear our keynote speaker, Prof Molly Courteney, give a fantastic talk about antibiotic prescribing competencies for healthcare staff and students. We also had excellent presentations from Kailey Ben-Sassi (Consultant Antimicrobial Pharmacists, BCUHB) about her lockdown e-learning modules for schools, and Dominic Gilbert (Swansea medical student) on the results of the AWARE teaching survey for 2019.
